Special offer - Free standard shipping on ALL online orders within the UK.

Urgent orders can be sent on a guaranteed next day service (this however will incur an additional charge dependent on weight). Please phone on 0771 3180416 before 2pm if you wish to use this service.

For smaller orders (ie under 2kg - this includes all slings, clothes etc) these are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Heavier orders are sent by Standard Parcels which takes 3-4 days. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours but this may be up to 5 days during busy periods. If any items are out of stock and will take longer than 5 days for dispatch, we will notify you of the expected dispatch date and you will have to option to wait, choose an alternative or cancel your order.In any case, no payment is taken until dispatch.. Where multiple items have been ordered and one or more is out of stock you will have the option of the available items being sent immediately or waiting for the complete order.

Overseas orders and delivery

Please note - we do not ship to the USA. Shipping within the EU is charged at cost - please email for details BEFORE ORDERING as some products may be restricted. We can currently only accept card billing addresses within the UK.

Returns

We want you to be happy with our products. Any unused and unwashed items may be returned for exchange/credit note/refund within 21days of receipt with proof of purchase. Postage is only refunded if the item is faulty but we won't charge postage on any replacement items. Please contact us first before returning any item.
