Conditions of Use

Please note - we do not currently ship to the USA. Shipping within the EU is charged at cost - please email for details as some products are restricted.

Orders

Orders are accepted online, by email, telephone or post. We aim to post all in stock items within 3 days of receipt of payment. Special orders will be confirmed on receipt of payment and the expected delivery time notified. We will keep you fully informed of any delays. Please ask for delivery charges.

Payment

Payment is required in advance. Payment is accepted by Credit or Debit Card (debited on dispatch), PayPal or personal Cheque (made payable to Butterfly Babies Ltd and supported by a valid Cheque Guarantee Card - please allow up to 10 working days for the cheque to clear before dispatch).

Returns

We want you to be happy with our products. Any unused and unwashed items may be returned for exchange/credit note/refund within 21days of receipt with proof of purchase. Postage is only refunded if the item is faulty but we won't charge postage on any replacement items. Please contact us first before returning any item.
